Debt Negotiation

One of the most beneficial methods for eliminating your debt is through debt negotiation. Understanding debt negotiation is the first step.

What is debt negotiation?

Debt negotiation is the process of reducing your overall debt into a lump sum, and once paid, your creditor releases you from your obligation. For example, if you have a credit card with a $10,000 balance and it is entered into our program we will vigorously negotiate your total balance down to approximately 40%. That is a $6,000 reduction of the original debt and leaves the creditor agreeing to accept $4,000 as a settlement of the debt. You will authorize the release of funds from your client reserve account in order to pay the settlement amount with the creditor. We cannot trsansfer any funds from this acount without your permission. It is your money.

What are the benefits of debt negotiation?

Debt negotiation benefits are obvious: you pay less. In many cases 40% to 60% less. Much less than you would if you were to try it alone. Another major benefit is no long term negative hits to your credit as compared with Bankruptcy, Consumer Credit Counseling or Credit Consolidation.

Is there a downside?

There will be a negative impact on your credit report if you choose to stop paying your creditors and enroll in our program. However, after completion, creditors will report to the credit bureau stating that the account has been satisfied. The negative impact is shorter when compared to the effects of a long-term debt problem.
